They were never MUHAJERS. They were Pakistanis even before Pakistan came into being.
When they migrated to Pakistan, mind sets of Zulfiqar Mirza like called them with different names. The word MUHAJER was one of those words and the second generation adopted that word.
They did not like to be called Bhayyas, Mutarweys, Tilairs etc.etc.

This what exactly i want my own province so i can represent my self on basis of my province. MY race is indian so i m not talking abt race here. when punjabi hav their own province sindhi hav their own & pathan hav their own & baluchi hav their own according to the name of their race their provinces names are based so i want my province as well then i hav no problem. I m answering your question & i need your reply & i ll reply u after few hours coz i m going out fur jumma namaz.

My answer will be for that person is that i cant give u my half house but i can give u the separate room which would be permanently yours as you cant go back to your house now.
In the same way People of Karachi are not looking for separate country but a separate province with different name so they can live with their identity in the same house or country coz they cant go back now.
Your question for half property would be only valid when people will demand separate country. In past karachi name was kolachi & then it was replaced by karachi & before independence it wad just india & after independence it was only 2 province east & west pakistan so we made 4 after 1971 & now we have 5 one extra for gilgiti people so now why you have a probelm if people want their own province within the same territory . Coz if u dont want new province what r the reasons of objection plz provide.

2nd question is pakistan didnt came into existence after just simple voting or election but muslims all over india fight with british & died so when we migrate pakistan we have a right to live here coz we fight in india for our islamic country we didnt fight just for sindhis & punjabis so they can live in this country & enjoy music while we stay in india. There was no deal like that. Muslims all over india support Muslim league for this ideology so dont think that people in pakistan gave us a favour by welcoming us in pakistan we made it so we hav a stake in this country & we own it & thats was the plan for pakistan that all muslim will live in pakistan so people who didnt come they stay there with their own decision.

I dont speak sindhi its not my culture so i cant call myself sindhi or punjabi. I speak urdu & my culture is different from sindhi punjabi baluchi & pathan even my food so why will i call myself something which i m not. its not religion that before u were christian so after converting to islam u change ur practice so u call urself muslim. The reason people call themself muhajir coz that become their identity coz of their different language & different culture. Its like people call washing powder as surf in pakistan while surf is a brand name & people use this brand name as alternative of washing powder & we always say surf instead of washing powder.

Putting aside politics, i would just like to educate a few.

1. Muhajir means an Immigrant. Anyone immigrating is a Muhajir and any one born in a certain country is not a Muhajir.

2. There's nothing wrong in being a Muhajir, in fact if it wasn't for the Muhajirin then Pakistan would've never been created.

3. Muhajir's can be of any ethnicity, and race. For Instance a person migrating from Indian Punjab to Pakistani Punjab is also a muhajir and so on.

4. Now the Urdu speaking Muhajirin are those who migrated from different parts of India where Urdu was the dominating language.

5. If you trace back then Urdu speaking nation were the ones that actually came to India thousands of years ago, although at that time the language Urdu wasn't spoken instead it was a mix of Persian, and Arabic languages. Later it was constituted into Urdu. And these people were Muslims from the earliest times, in fact they migrated to India as Muslims, and with them brought education, culture, language, trade, gold, and currency.

6. The people in Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Kashmir, Bengal and the rest of India were non Muslims initially and when this nation which is now known as "Urdu speaking" came around approximately a 1000 years ago in India they converted the people of India i.e Punjabi's, Sindhi's, Baluchi's, Kashmiri's, Pathan's, Bengali's, Gujrati's, Marathi's, Bihari's, etc etc etc (and the rest of Indians) into Muslims.

7. These Urdu speakers spread around India and lived with people belonging to other cultures.

8. Then came a time when the Muslim's and Hindu's started their struggle against the British and also against one another. At that time, the native Muslims of India i.e Punjabi's, Sindhi's etc were so impressed by the culture of the migrated Muslims known as Urdu speakers that they adopted it as their primary culture although keeping their old customs, language, culture, and ethics along with it. Then when it came to Muslim's vs Hindu's, at that time Muslims differentiated themselves from Hindu's by having one language which was Urdu, and by having one primary culture which was the culture brought in India by Urdu speakers because a Punjabi Jatt (Sardar) or a Jaatt (Hindu) had the same culture as a Muslim Punjabi therefore Muslims had to differentiate themselves from Hindu's and in order to do that they made the Urdu speaking traditions and cultures as their primary culture so to unite against Hindu's. And the same applies to all the converted natives living in India i.e Sindhi's and so on and on. So now Muslims were united under one religion, one language, one culture, one ethics, and one tradition although every nation of natives i.e Sindhi's, Punjabi's, Bihari's, Bengali's, Pathan's, Kashmiri's, Gujrati's etc etc etc etc kept their own culture customs traditions etc but as secondary.

9. Now after the Hindu's started their oppression of Muslim's at that time the Urdu speakers living geographically in today's India were oppressed the most and the people living in today's Pakistan were by large safe as muslims dominated these provinces, therefore my friends the first call for a different state for Muslim's came from the Urdu speakers and others living in Hindu dominated provinces which is today's India, and the struggle was started by the Urdu speakers, Hyderabadi's, Bengali's, and Bihari's all over India for Independence and a different state, then later on it was joined by the Punjabi's, Sindhi's, Pathan's, Baluchi's, and Kashmiri's.

10. So mostly the hardship was faced by the Urdu speakers, Bengali's, Bihari's, and Hyderabadi's. These people were the ones who first demanded a separate state and started the struggle.

11. The first province to pass the resolution for Pakistan was Sindh and it was Sindhi's who passed it.

12. The highest number of votes casted in favor of Pakistan were from Bengali's.

13. The second biggest Muhajirin's were Punjabi's who migrated from Indian Punjab.

14. The biggest number of Muhajirin's were Urdu speakers who migrated from all over India.

15. The highest number of lives, live stock, land, and wealth was lost by the the Urdu speakers.

16. People who say that all the Muhajir's are equal i.e Pakhtun's migrating from Afghanistan is equal to the Urdu speakers who migrated from India are totally wrong, because Urdu speakers demanded for a different state known as Pakistan, they started the struggle for Pakistan, and they lost the most lives for the name of Pakistan, therefore this country is as much for the Urdu speaking or Urdu speaking Muhajirin as it is for the natives of Pakistan because if it wasn't for Urdu speakers then Pakistan wouldn't have been created and right now the Punjabi's, Sindhi's, Baluchi's, Pathan's, and Kashmiri's would all have been Indian's not Pakistani's. Therefore the difference between an Afghan migrant and an Urdu speaking migrant is that Urdu speakers demanded Pakistan and created Pakistan in other words they created their country. but Afghan migrants just randomly come into Pakistan illegally so please stop the comparison.

17. Yes the people of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa are native Pakistani's and they have all the rights all over Pakistan as an Urdu speaker.

18. Apart from the Muhajir's who migrated in 1947 no one else is a Muhajir, although people born after the creation of Pakistan in Urdu speaking families are geographically either Sindhi's, Punjabi's, Baluchi's, Kashmiri's, and Pathan's depending in which province they were born, but racially and ethnically they are not Sindhi's, Punjabi's, Baluchi's, Pathan's, Kashmiri's that's why since they do not have their province therefore they call themselves Muhajir as they are the sons and grandsons of Urdu speaking Muhajirs. Its as simple!

19. For me friends we are all Pakistan's, i would like to see us only calling ourselves Pakistani's and be loyal to this land.

20. Here's a question, i would like an informative answer. Why don't we call Pakistan our fatherland instead of motherland? anyone please??

Since all of us here are Pakistan's then why don't we start topics where we pick different things from all the beautiful cultures we have in our beautiful Country and talk good about them and adopt them in our lives and get to know more about them in detail through the natives who own those cultures by asking them questions about their cultures and traditions. This will increase our knowledge, love for each other, and patience to adopt and take with us all the good things of all the cultures and reject all the bad things from all these cultures, we can always have a healthy debate on these topics with good intentions. This will only increase love, compassion and knowledge. P.S this suggestion that i just gave, this is what our media should be doing instead of what we see every day!!!!

So my friends aside from politics please stop thrashing Urdu speakers as they created this motherland known as Pakistan and did the most struggle for it. Anyway i hope i expressed myself clearly without any confusion, just wanted to clear the difference between natives, Muhajirs, Urdu speakers, Afghan Pakhtuns, and Pakistani Pakhtuns.
