[h=1]Name and shame: Imran Khan given two weeks to reply to defamation suit
Surprise ..........Surprise..........Peshawer court seems to be in rush.[/h]

[h=1][/h]
A court on Saturday ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to submit a written reply in two weeks over a Rs1 billion defamation suit filed against him by former minister and provincial general secretary of Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Bakht Baidar Khan.

District and Sessions Judge Shaiber Khan had issued the same order at the previous hearing on January 7 but Khan’s lawyer Qazi Muhammad Anwer sought more time from the court to submit the written reply, owing to a strike of the district bar council.

District and Sessions Judge Shaiber Khan had issued the same order at the previous hearing on January 7 but Khan’s lawyer Qazi Muhammad Anwer sought more time from the court to submit the written reply, owing to a strike of the district bar council.

On November 13, on the directives of Khan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak fired two QWP ministers over charges of corruption.

On November 18, Baidar served a legal notice to Khan asking him to apologise and compensate him to the tune of Rs1 billion for damaging his reputation by baseless allegations.

On December 8, Baidar moved the court and filed a Rs1 billion defamation suit against the PTI chairman for removing him from the cabinet without any proof.

Well, they are working on it.
First, KPK Government is ensuring corruption free tender system when awarding Government projects to contractors. I believe they are hiring consultants.
Second, all the Government projects should go through a process which is known to general public. No hidden bull ****.
Third, Conflict of interest rules which will prevent all legislators to take advantage from the system.

We believe, they have almost completed the foundation. The development work will start soon. Insha Allah

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PTI-led government took a lead from the other provinces for enacting a law and provided wide-range powers to Ehtesab Commission for elimination of corruption and corrupt practices from the public sector in the province.

The Ehtesab Commission would act independently and even would directly take action against the chief minister of the province and the ministers if found involved in corruption.

Successful polio drive in Swat

MINGORA: Unlike other parts of the country, anti-polio campaign in Swat district has been completed peacefully, where around 0.40 million children of below five years age were vaccinated.
District health officer Dr Abdul Khaliq said that the local health department assisted by the district administration had completed a three-day anti-polio campaign, which was followed by another one-day drive to vaccinate children that missed the earlier campaign. He said that 1,209 polio teams carried out the campaign, adding that they vaccinated almost four lakh children across the district, “We have achieved our target,” claimed Dr Khaliq. The district administration provided complete security to the polio workers. Swat Deputy Commissioner Imtiaz Hussain monitored the campaign and visited various areas to inspect polio teams.
