Hit on google: "80 percent Quran"
it shows the links with pdf files [both in English and Urdu] .. files contains tables of most occurring words with their root and meaning .. it covers 80 percent of Quranic vocabulary .. InshAllah you will easily understand the Quran while reciting after learning these words.

In addition to this .. try to read Baiyyinah Institute Arabic Notes compiled by Nouman Ali Khan and his team .. these are also one of the best source ...
