Lebanon pager attack

I've been watching everything for the past few hours. Battery-powered portable devices typically have safeguards to keep them safe. A well-made battery should catch fire and not explode due to its internal design. In this instance, it appears that an explosive charge was deliberately built-in to detonate via a specific pager command.
