Malala seals book deal for a reported 2 million pounds.

I am Malala' will be published in the autumn.
The Guardian quoted Yousafzai as saying: "I hope this book will reach people around the world, so they realise how difficult it is for some children to get access to education."

"I want to tell my story, but it will also be the story of 61 million children who can't get education. I want it to be part of the campaign to give every boy and girl the right to go to school. It is their basic right."

The book will be published by Weidenfeld & Nicholson in the UK and Commonwealth and by Little, Brown in the rest of the world.

I dare anyone here to do what Malala did and once you have done it and gone thru it - you too will deserve a deal worth millions. She never asked for any of this. The poor girl was fighting for your country. Now when the west is acknowledging her courage - you guys are jealous. Shame on all of you.

i won't call her a pathan...neither would i argue in favor of those who attacked her...but its not a custom (pukhtunwali) of the pathans to leave the battleground and run like a coward for better education, money, fame etc. I would have saluted her if she would have decided to stay in Pakistan and faced the situation bravely like any other ordinary person....

if the attack was genuine then her reaction was completely natural.......you can't expect a kid to lay down her life for a cause which anyway is not a matter of life and death........pathan, no pathan is not the issue as I already said........but the pathani is not yaqeening........(bigsmile)
