No one, I repeat no one can force a Supreme Court Justice out and we have seen this many times even in a country like Pakistan. A sitting Chief Martial Law Administrator, General Musharaf tried to force Justice Iftikhat Chaudhry and could not move him even with full force of ISI, Tanks and Guns. President Alvi, PM Imran, Army Chief Bajwa, DG ISI Faez and a siiting Chief Justice Bandial used all force of machinery but could not expel Justice Qazi Faez Issa.

Judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, refused DG ISI and he had to be expelled illegally by a compromised Chief Justice.

You see, you run with the tail in between legs and resign when you know you are guilty. A man who cant take pressure or whine like a pussy dnt deserve to be a Judge what not a High Court Judge or a Supreme Court Judge !......or a Prime Minister

What is the interest of these two Judges to put their careers on the line, going against establishment and taking such huge risks... does not make sense.
Saqib Nisar was different, he was acting on behalf of the then COAS, but these judges have simply stood out for thier own rights, stood up against ISI badmashi of recording videos , installing cameras in bedrooms etc.
There is no other reason, Athar Minnallah was always upright, he stood upfor Nawaz against some false allegations in those Panama days.
