Today I was searching for something else & finally got this info & hope very few of us may knows about it...(?) or just never heard!!!

Medina is a city located in the Eastside, a region of King County, Washington, United States.

Named in 1891 after the holy city of Medina in Saudi Arabia

There is a small town called Arab in Alabama, Lebanon in Pennsylvania plus a lot more that I dont know of
