The most important pillar of any country is INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY. Justice Iftehar Ch. was the only Judge who stood against the regime of that time and did some very good judgments. That was the reason that he was not liked by bureaucracy and Munafiq Musharraf. You remember when Steel Mills was soled for nominal price,he reversed that. Do you know how much embezzlement was done in That? Only the land price was far more than what was offered. Let aside the machinery and other assets and raw material.
He listened to disappeared persons. I hope that none of your family members disappeared, otherwise you would not have quoted this post.
He recovered many people who were taken by agencies without doing anything. They were tortured.
He took other so many suo moto actions.
Justice Iftihar did some mistakes like taking oath on PCO in the past. But does that mean that once you commit any sin, you will have to do again and again..
According to constitution of Pakistan, A chief Justice of Pakistan cannot be removed accept by Supreme judicial Council. It means that Justice Iftihar ch. is still the chief justice of Pakistan. A country cannot be having two chief justices. So it means that justice DOGAR is illegal chief justice. That is the reason that he cannot open his mouth and looks like a coward cat and people are openly attacking.

I am of the belief that if Justice Iftihar is not reinstated ( which looks to be in the presence of these corrupt politicians) then it will be very bad for Pakistan. We will never see independent judiciary and whatever these corrupt politicians want, they will do to our beloved country.
May ALLAH protect our homeland. Aamin.

This so called Quaid Tahrik is sitting in London. He has taken Britain's nationality. He cannot be having two nationalities. It means that he is no more Pakistani. He is running a secretariat in London.From where all the money is coming. Just think
How he is making everybody fool. The people of Karachi are educated peolpe. Think before it is too late?????????????????
