MUMBAI DRAMA: KASAB'S REVELATIONS

We all know how India with the help of Israel succeeded in Mumbai drama for political reasons, result was loss of innocent civilians, they killed their own people and mins after the Mumbai terror attack India blamed Pakistan. Indians claimed to have intercepted talks b/w terrorists and militants, obtained confessions and captured the so called only terrorist survivor. Whole world was shocked and India was once again a victim (that's how they like to be seen as, though they are clever cowards).

Ajmal kasab confessed that he had links with terrorists organisations and was told by Pakistan security agencies to carry out attacks(we all know how confessions are taken in Indians and Pakistani jails), it was news to Pakistan. Anyways some interesting revelations have been made by the same person;

He (Kasab) has told the court that he was arrested a few days ... before the attacks and kept in jail. Before his arrival in India, he was promised that he will be given a role in the movies. Later he was forced to carry out weapons and pose in front of CCTV cameras. He didn't know others who were later shot dead. Please keep in mind one of the survivor of the attack ( an Indian cop) revealed that he heard terrorists talking in MARATHI. Kasab was given combination of drugs. He wasn't aware what was going on and none of the CCTV footage showed him shootings and killing people. public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told Reuters by telephone. Kasab is among 38 charged by India in the attacks. Kasab, smiling while speaking inside a packed courtroom, said he never met Pakistani militant leaders who planned the attacks against India.

Kasab retracts confession

MUMBAI (Reuters) - The man accused of being the lone surviving gunman from last year's Mumbai attacks retracted his statement in court on Friday, saying he was forced by the police to sign a confessional statement.

Pakistani citizen Mohammad Ajmal Kasab had been charged with 86 separate offences including murder and waging war against India in the November attacks when militants killed 166 people in a shooting spree across the financial hub.

"He (Kasab) has told the court that he was arrested a few days ... before the attacks and kept in jail," public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told Reuters by telephone. Kasab is among 38 charged by India in the attacks. If found guilty, he could face the death penalty.

The attacks raised tensions between India and Pakistan. New Delhi says Islamabad has not done enough to bring the Pakistani-based masterminds of the attack to justice.

Nikam said the retraction would have no bearing as the prosecution has sufficient proof against Kasab.

"We have clinching evidence against him," Nikam said.

Kasab, 21, smiling while speaking inside a packed courtroom, said he never met Pakistani militant leaders who planned the attacks against India.

Kasab said he came to India 20 days before the attack with valid documents to work in Bollywood and was not involved in the shootings.

He also said that he met Chicago man David Headley, charged in the United States with helping plan the Mumbai attacks, in a Mumbai jail after his arrest.

But the judge stopped him from testifying further about Headley, saying it was not relevant to the case.

Headley, arrested two months ago, travelled to Mumbai five times between September 2006 and July 2008, taking pictures and video of some places hit in the attacks and the port where the attackers landed by boat, according to U.S. court documents.

The trial, which has gripped the country for months, has seen several twists and turns, with two defence attorneys also dismissed for unprofessional conduct.

Last week, a Pakistani court indicted seven Pakistani suspects in connection with the attacks.

This kind of cheap tricks are an act of extreme desperation for a country which is on the verge of breaking into pieces. India should concentrate more on its internal politics instead of acting as a pseudo super power. Its a pathetic state of affairs and I feel sorry for the Indian people who are being very badly affected by their panicking leadership.

No hurry to hang Kasab, have to follow law

New Delhi: Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor on Saturday rejected a suggestion about hanging Ajmal Amir Kasab, the sole surviving gunman on trial for the Mumbai terrorist attacks, saying there was no hurry to do so and that India will follow the "democratic judicial process" in the case.

"We have a surviving terrorist. We are in no hurry to do anything to him quickly as he is a vital source of information," Tharoor said when asked why India was not hanging Kasab quickly to set an example for others.

"There is a democratic judicial process, and we will follow it," he said.

Kasab, the lone surviving Pakistani terrorist undergoing trial for the 26/11 attacks, made another U-turn Friday by denying his role in the Mumbai mayhem and recanted his confessions made earlier in the court.

1. What he and his partners did on 26/11 was captured on CCTV.
Whatever he says is just not going to make any difference.

2. Needless to say, the case against him is very strong.

Just one point for my Pak friends to think about...
a) Your government agencies and Army has captured many terrorists etc.
b) How many of these captured terrorists have been presented in court?
