پاکستان میں یہ کوئی مشکل کام نہیں اور پھر پرویز مشرف کے لئے تو اور بھی آسان تھا لیکن اب اس فرار کی علیحدہ سزا ہوگی یہ تو ایک اور کیس ہے- فرار ہونا مشکل نہیں لیکن اس کے بعد مسائل زیادہ ہوجاتے ہیں کم نہیں ہوتے خاص طور پر مشرف جیسے لوگوں کے لئے جن کو ساری دنیا جانتی ہے نام بدلنے سے بھی کوئی فرق نہیں پڑھےگا اور علاقه غیر بھی ان کے لئے موت کا کنواں ہے-ملک سے باہر جانا بھی مشکل ہے

April 18, 2013: Dr Raza Bokhari, North American Point of Contact to General Pervez Musharraf, Former President of Pakistan and Chief of all Pakistan Muslim League (APML), in speaking to various media outlets issued the following statement:
Former President Musharraf earlier today appeared in Islamabad High Court in a procedural matter to seek extension in his transitory bail, which was due to expire today, April 18, 2013. The Judge, in an unprecedented move, took an unwarranted decision to reject the extension request.
The augmented State Security Apparatus assigned to President Musharraf in the face of specific and credible physical threats to his life by the enemies of Pakistan escorted the Former President to his home in Islamabad.
The Former President is filing an appeal in the Supreme Court of Pakistan against this ill-conceived decision of Islamabad High Court. We expect this unwarranted judicial activism, seemingly motivated by personal vendettas since his return to Pakistan to participate in the upcoming elections, will cease and the Supreme Court, without prejudice, will immediately grant necessary relief following precedence and the Rule of Law; the absence of which will cause mockery of the nation, can result in unnecessary tension amongst the various pillars of State and possibly destabilize the country.

its a total farce. how was he able to leave court house in midst of so many police. its a solid proof that pakistani laws only apply to weak and not to powerful. for God's sake he is no longer in army . why is everyone afraid of him?

tout courts of nawaz sharif.. i wish musharraf had done loads of corruption.. and went into business so all these thug ppl and judges will lick his boots for money...
