حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَامِرٍ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَجَعْفَرٌ وَزَيْدٌ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِزَيْدٍ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ فَحَجَلَ قَالَ وَقَالَ لِجَعْفَرٍ أَنْتَ أَشْبَهْتَ خَلْقِي وَخُلُقِي قَالَ فَحَجَلَ وَرَاءَ زَيْدٍ قَالَ وَقَالَ لِي أَنْتَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْكَ قَالَ فَحَجَلْتُ وَرَاءَ جَعْفَرٍ
Aswad narrated to us that Isra’il informed us from Abi Is-haaq from Haani ibn Haani’ from ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib that he said, “I visited the Prophet (Sallallahu ‘alayhi wa Sallam) with Ja’far [ibn Abī Tālib] and Zayd [ibn Harithah] <======= They are Both MEN because Our Beloved Prophet pbuh is Mashallah Present. The Prophet (Sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa Sallam) said to Zayd, “You are my freedman (mawlā’i),whereupon Zayd ( THE MAN ) began to Hajala (hop on one leg- a type of dancing) around the Prophet (Sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa Sallam). The Prophet (Sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa Sallam) then said to Ja’far: “You resemble me in my physical form and character” (Khalqī wa Khuluqī), whereupon Ja’far began to do the same behind Zayd (<==== The Man). It is in Hadith – Hazrata Aisha (RA) has narrated that the Apostel(SAWS) said that ‘make announcement for the marriage ceremony and perform the ceremony at mosque and play on the tambourine (Daf).(Tirmizi). <=== Sorry Pakistan1947 ...Only Married couple here NO SMALL GIRLS ...and this is a Marriage ANNOUNCEMENT Only in the MOSQUE not even the actual marriage occasion yet - Still No small girls for you...lol (bigsmile)

During Prophet’s (SAWS) time, there were only two musical instruments, flute and tambourine and both these instruments were permitted.
You see Pakistan1947 ....there are several Ahadith where their are NO Small Girls [hilar]...It seems like you might have a knack for them ..cuz your so gungho about them ...lol

Iman is not based on logic, e.g. human cannot see Allah and angels but we believe in Him and all of His creations.
It depends on how a Muslim tackles a non-Muslim's doubts.
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Most certainly, people from my Ummah will consume liquor which they will describe with some other name. Over their heads will be playing musical instruments and singing girls. Allah will cause the earth to swallow them, and from among them He will transform into apes and pigs." (Ibn Maajah)
Imraan Bin Husain (radhiyallahu anhu) narrates that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "In this Ummah will be earthquakes, disfiguration (of faces which will be transformed into apes and pigs) and showers of stone (descending o­n them from the heaven)." A man from among the Muslimeen said: "O Rasulullah! When will this be?" Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When singing girls and musical instruments will become profuse and when liquor will be consumed (in abundance)."(Tirmizi)
Dear mh.saghir, islam is logical and reational but to realize this fact one needs to be logical and rational oneself. We believe in Allah because we have his testimony which proves to us what it claims to be.
It is because mullahs do not want us to be sensible so that they could exploit us that is why they have invented religion to make fool of people whomever they can by telling them to believe all sorts of nonsense as islam.
There is nothing illogical and irrational in the quran. Not only that but also the quran is full of logical and rational explanations of things. Allah who is supposed to be all wise full of knowledge talking nonsense would not make sense would it?
It is time we accepted the quran is logical and rational and it teaches wisdom to mankind for their own good. By claiming the quran is illogical and irrational we actually attribute to Allah concepts that are unworthy of his being.

well, I think you misinterpreted my comment, sorry for poor explanation...
1st thing, to believe in Allah I don't need any proof or logic, He is my Rabb and I believe in Him.
2ndly, I said Iman is not based on human logic, No one have seen Allah but we believe in Him that's called Iman-bil-Ghaib and that's the spirtuality and beauty of a Momin.
And, Na-uzbillah, I never said that Quran is illogic, It's every single word I believe in and that's true and full of wisdom.
