Good Question but the answer is niether one. You see brother in MQM circles they keep names according to their deeds. Arif Langra, is guy when he broke his leg while running away after shooting an innocent Pakistani etc
Thie guy is one who plays the Tabla when MQM go on a killing spree. You can imagine he was unfortunately pretty business couple of weeks back, when almost 45 innocent Pakistanis lost their lives in Karachi. This was done to show theri power base and stay in the government.
