Few weeks back a case led to the formation of another Judicial Commission (JC). There was an event that took placed, however, at the end of the event there was a dispute between two parties about what happened during the event. The two parties involved, have set the following three TORs for the JC to give an answer on.

1[SUP]st[/SUP]. Was the entire scenario murder free?

2[SUP]nd[/SUP]. Did someone planned the murder?

3[SUP]rd[/SUP]. Does the scenario reflect a peaceful event?

Following evidences have been provided to the JC:

A human body, Mr. Vote Butt, with multiple stabs near the chest.

Kitchen knife laying on the ground full of blood.

Area around body had splashes of blood.

Locker near the human body was tempered and opened, all its contents are missing,

even though there was supposed to be about 15 Ton of Gold in it.

A couple of bald people had blood splash on their clothes at the event.

The Chef who had possession of all the knives at the event has confessed that the

responsibility to take care of the knives was taken over by some bald brothers about 15 days before the event started

The bodyguard for Mr. Vote Butt is claiming that no murder took placed and that he had protected Mr. Vote Butt.

After intense examination of all the evidences provided to the JC, the final report was issued today.

TOR 1

Strictly focusing on TOR 1, we observed a human body lying on the ground, but simple observance does not prove that Mr. Vote Butt was murdered. Yes there is blood, which shouldn't have splashed all over, there are stabs on the body, but that is just because the bodyguard was a little weak and couldn't protect Mr. Vote Butt completely. The Kitchen knife dripped in blood does give rise to suspicion that the stabs on Mr.

Vote Butt’s body were made by a knife resulting in his murder; however, that blood could belong to someone else, we don’t need to match the blood found on the floor and on the clothes of the bald brothers, because that is just waste of time since there is no way we can verify them. The 15 ton gold missing from the locker is not even relevant in determining if there was a murder, that could just be robbery or borrowing for the time being by someone.

TOR 2

The party claiming that murder has taken place has failed to show that somewhere someone was orchestrating the entire event and murdered Mr. Vote Butt. The Chef losing his responsibility for taking care of all of the knives 15 days before the event is not an unusual event, since it is common for someone else to take over the Chef’s responsibilities and start cooking for an event. Also, there is no evidence that the bodyguard was being controlled by someone to allow the murder of Mr. Vote Butt.

TOR 3

TOR 1 shows that it cannot be established that the scenario at the event was not murder free. Only splashes of blood and Mr. Vote Butt’s body was found, no one claimed to have committed a murder. It is safe to conclude that since there are no signs of murder, the scenario can be reflected as a peaceful event.

Conclusion

It was not unjustified to believe that a murder occurred since there was a dead body belonging to Mr. Vote Butt. It is important to note here that potentially a scenario with a dead body, blood splashes, and knives dripped in blood can be observed, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that someone was murdered.

NOTE: Commission was headed by Cheap Justice and his two associate judges of the Suprimeminster Court of Pakistan.

Why bother with such gory details???

Don't accuse Baldi brothers as they literally have a Licence to Kill...
