People will keep sending money to their relatives because they send when they are in need. People also pay zakat, khairat and sadqat and they will keep sending. In middle east people run their families who are back home and not with them. Majority mazdoor who cannot afford to miss a monthly payment as they don’t have any savings.
Anyways, what you will achieve by not sending money and getting country bankrupt? Millions of people will die of hunger? This is what you want to achieve?

The point is you've to live in a place to know its abc. I've lived in the middle east for five years. Currently living in the west. In the middle east hundi is preferred because most of the people especially in Saudi work on "azad visa" and they're questioned by banks if they send money more than what their salary is.
