Last 5 years have been the deadliest in Pakistans history with over 6500 people losing their lives in terrorist attacks across the country. PPPs government stood silently while terrorists conducted close to 3000 attacks across killing and injuring thousands of innocent civilians as well as members of the armed forces[1].

Bombings/Terrorist Attacks
This data indicated the insanity that has prevailed across the country during the PPPs Tenure. Specifically with regards to Karachi the situation is even worse.- The deadly Abbas Town Bombing claimed 50 lives and has left over 150 people injured.
- In January 2013 alone, 130 people in Karachi were target killed
- 130 is the number of people who were killed in Karachi in the first 21 days of February.
- A report by HRCP claimed that 1725 people were killed in Karachi within the first 8 months of 2009.
- According to another report of the HRCP, over 1400 people were killed in 2009 in Karachi.
- 108 is the number of people who were target killed in Sindh between August and October 2012. This is highest among all provinces.
- 130 is the number of people who have been killed in Karachi in just the first 13 days of November 2012.
- 1138 is the number of people Killed in Karachi in just the first 6 months of 2011. 1257 is the number of people who were killed in Karachi in the first 6 months of 2012.
- Between 2007 and 2011, 7000 people were killed in Karachi.
- Fact is those ruling Karachi think they have a monopoly on Violence, and while that has worked out for 15 years or so, an approach like this cannot continue in the long run. That is why now Karachi in such a mess.
- In November 2012, when 10 people lost their lives in a day, the President President of Pakistan was attending an EID MILAN PARTY in Mandi Bahuddin where he kept talking about PPP being the victimbut never once mentioned what he and his government are doing about Karachi.
