wese not going to be easy..kahan kahan polling stations banaeinge?
Most other countries arrange voting to take place at their embassies. Its not a problem.Recently elections took place
in France and the French citizens living in UK were able to vote in Uk.They didn't have to travel to France.

First make law and then talk to implement them. At the moment there is no law to vote from abroad. If you do it now then all vote will go to PPP becuase all current top diplomats in embassies are Zardari friends.

ECP should go slowly and only allow those things which they can control.

We support their right of Vote. And as hassan nisar said. Don't make excuses but create a plan to ensure the voting system for them. Because i guess 50 % of voters will be deprived of vote if it doesn't happen and then they complain of low voting turn over.

Personally, I think that the arrangement for casting votes should be made for all Pakistanis temporarily out of Pakistan.

But constitution should be amended to take away the right of vote from dual nationals, just as it is in India and many other countries.
