These are jawans, who ofcourse are respectable and deserving thanks. But that way there are many good people in PPP...even MQM. So should we keep on appreciating PPP and MQM and vote the in everytime? The example is not much different. I call all those people sitting in PPP and MQM as equally responsible for whatever gets done by Zardari and Altaf. Similarly if the armymen love Pakistan, they should not take illegal commands.

What is the authority of the civilian government? Are they so disabled as to ask the Armed forces to take down the drones that are hated so much? Apparently they are.
Armed forces are the tools of the government just as the executive is an organ and it is the Parliament which is supposed to make the laws. These laws are then implemented by the executive using whatever means is constitutional for that purpose. Until we ask the executive to do their part tools and organs of the state can not take sou moto actions,other than the Supreme court of Pakistan.
I do believe we need to know our constitution before we play the blame game.

Maybe you should organize an inhouse course for the Army and teach them about the constitution first since they have been usurping the and abrogating it with impunity in the 60 odd year history of Pakistan.
