جنرل مشرف جیسا حکمران کوئی نہیں ۔ تب ہم نے قرضے لينا بند کر ديے ، اج سرکلر ڈيبٹ ەي جان نەيں چھوڑ رہا
جب فوج نے ٩٩ میں حکومت کو چلتا کیا تو عوام نے نواز حکومت کے حق میں ایک بھی جلسہ یا مظاہرہ نہیں کیا۔ بلکے عوام کی چھوڑیں خود نون لیگی بلوں کی طرف بھاگ رہے تھے ۔ جنرل مشرف تو نواز کو پھانسی لگانے والا تھا لیکن پھر سعودی عرب بیچ میں آ گیا
آج بھی اگر فوج آ جائے تو کسی سیاست دان کو چوں کرنے کی بھی ہمت نہ ہو کیوں کہ
ایمان دار آدمی کے سامنے بے ایمان کھڑا نہیں ہو سکتا ۔

Director General ISPR Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa HI (M) |
Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa HI (M) was commissioned in the 34 Punjab Regiment from the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul, in March 1984. He is a graduate of the Command & Staff College Quetta, National Defence University Islamabad and Staff College Camberley, UK. He holds Masters degree in Defence Studies from Kings College London (UK), and in War Studies from the NDU, Islamabad. During his military service, he has held various command staff and instructional appointments, which include command of an Anti-Tank Battalion, an Infantry Brigade Group and a strike Infantry Division. He has been Brigade Major of an Infantry Brigade and Chief of Staff of a strike Corps. He has also been on the faculty of PMA Kakul & Command and Staff College Quetta, and has served as Deputy Military Secretary to President of Pakistan. He was promoted Major General in December 2010. He is recipient of Tamgha-i-Basalat and Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military). An avid reader and a keen golfer, is married and has three children. He took over as DG ISPR on June 4, 2012. |

General Rashad Mahmood, NI(M) was commissioned in an Infantry Regiment in 1975. He is a graduate of Canadian Forces Command and Staff College and National Defence University Islamabad. He holds a Masters Degree in War Studies from National Defence University Islamabad. His Staff assignments include Brigade Major of an Infantry Brigade, Deputy Assistant Personal Secretary to Chief of the Army Staff, Military Secretary to the President of Pakistan and Chief of Staff in a Corps Headquarters. He remained on the faculty of Pakistan Military Academy, School of Infantry and Tactics, Command & Staff College Quetta and National Defence University Islamabad. He has commanded two Infantry Regiments, two Infantry Brigades and also has the honour of commanding a multinational United Nations Brigade in Democratic Republic of Congo. The General Officer has commanded an Infantry Division and has also served as Director General Counter Terrorism at Directorate General Inter Services Intelligence. As Lieutenant General, he commanded Corps at Lahore and also served as Chief of the General Staff of Pakistan Army. On 27 November 2013, he was promoted to the rank of General and appointed Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. He is married and has a son and daughter.. |

General Raheel Sharif Nishan-i-Imtiaz (Military), Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) hails from a martial stock. He was born in Quetta on 16 June 1956 to Major and Mrs Muhammad Sharif. He is younger brother of Major Shabir Sharif, NH, SJ and Capt Mumtaz Sharif, Sbt. He is an alumnus of Govt College Lahore, and Pakistan Military Academy from where he passed out with 54[SUP]th[/SUP] PMA Long Course. He was commissioned in Oct 1976 in the battle hardened and renowned 6th Battalion The Frontier Force Regiment in which his elder brother had embraced Shahadat. As a Young Officer, he performed his duties in Gilgit in an Infantry Brigade and also served as Adjutant of Pakistan Military Academy. He did Company Commander's Course from Germany and subsequently served in the prestigious School of Infantry and Tactics as an instructor. He attended the Command and Staff College Canada, graduating with distinction. The officer carries with him a vast experience of Command, Staff and Instructional appointments. He served as the Brigade Major of an Infantry Brigade and has commanded two infantry units i.e 6 Frontier Force Regiment at Kashmir along LOC and 26 Frontier Force Regiment along the Sialkot Border. He remained on the faculty of the Command and Staff College, Quetta and attended Armed Forces War Course at National Defence University, Islamabad in 1998. As a Brigadier, he has commanded two Infantry Brigades, including an Independent Infantry Brigade Group. The General has had the honor of being the Chief of Staff of two Corps, i.e 30 Corps and 12 Corps. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Royal College of Defence Studies, United Kingdom. He has been the General Officer Commanding of an Infantry Division and the Commandant of prestigious Pakistan Military Academy. As a Lieutenant General he served as Corps Commander 30 Corps for two years before taking over as Inspector General Training and Evaluation in which capacity he oversaw the training of Pakistan Army. His stewardship resulted in fructification of Pakistan Army's operational thought and doctrinal response to the much vaunted Cold Start doctrine of Indian Army. The general is married and has two sons and a daughter. He is an avid reader and enjoys hunting and swimming. |
جناب میں نے ٩٩ کے مارشل لا کی بات کی ہے کہ اس وقت نواز حکومت بھاری اکثریت کی دعوے دار تھی پھر بھی عوام اس کے حق میں نہیں کھڑے ہوے ؟کیا اس سے یہ ثابت نہیں ہوتا کہ نواز حکومت تب عوام میں ہرگز مقبول نہیں تھی

Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) was commissioned in Operations Branch of Pakistan Navy in June 1978. On commissioning, the officer won the coveted Sword of Honour from Pakistan Naval Academy. He was also awarded Chief of the Naval Staff Gold Medal at his graduation. During his distinguished career, the Admiral attained vast experience of operational, training and Command assignments. His command appointments include Command of a Destroyer and 25th Destroyer Squadron, Commandant Pakistan Naval Academy, Commander Pakistan Fleet and Command of Multinational Maritime Task Force. Some of his key staff appointments include Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Plans), Defence Attache in Qatar, Director General National Accountability Bureau (Rawalpindi), Chief Inspector (Navy), Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Training & Personnel), Naval Secretary and Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Operations). Before being appointed as Chief of the Naval Staff, the Admiral was serving as Vice Chief of Naval Staff at Naval Headquarters Islamabad. The Admiral is a graduate of Royal Naval Staff College, UK and National Defence University Islamabad. He holds Masters degree in Defence Studies from London University and MSc (War Studies) degree from Quaid-e-Azam University. He is a keen yachtsman who represented Pakistan at numerous international events including 1984 Olympics (USA), 1986 Asian Games (South Korea) and 1990 Asian Games (China). He won Gold Medal at the Asian Games twice and various other awards at International Sailing Championships.
