The Jamat-e-Islami leadership has disappointed many, for it has been in main-stream politics for decades and has produced a number of credible scholars. The criticism on the Armed forces is unjust as this operation enjoys public and political support. The leadership needs to rethink new ideas to gain public support as this approach is clearly losing support.

Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

Friend, you are wrong. You cannot say, that if a part of public agrees' with a viewpoint, that that viewpoint is just, even if it is a crime. The standards of justice do not emanate from support of the people. The standards of justice come from the law that we, the Muslims follow i.e., Islam.

The people among us who support military operations are over-looking many facts, many realities. They do not know what is happening on in reality. The information they are being fed through mass media is wrong, its full of lies, deceit.

There is a wrong way of doing things. And there is a right way of doing things. The people of Pakistan who support military operations have made the wrong choice the information they are being fed through mass media is wrong, its full of lies, deceit.

I would welcome if you can point out what should be the right path? I disagree to the mass-media interpretation as it represents both ends of the coin and perhaps the extremist elements do get a little more attention. The military muscle was used as a last resort as clearly the negotiations failed. They we must understand that are not reformists they are hard-core radicals who vow to change the face of our society
