I do not agree that there should be three completly different teams. some players should be part of three forms of cricket i.e. Shahid Afridi and Fawad Alam they are complete allrounders. they will perform at least in one catagory Batting, Bowling or fielding. Shahid is the best choice for captaincy. as he is a fighter.
Yousuf and younus can not produce consistant results. Yousuf is too soft and Younas is just mody and not a good choice as he could be good in one series but tottaly opposite in next.

For test Pak should chose the batsmen who have good record for playing long innings Khurram Manzoor and some others have made over 200 runs in few innings and they are consistant as well. Pakistan Cricket Board need to give them chance at least for couple of series not one match and if they can not perform send them back. which is so demoralising for talented players.

Player like Faisal Iqbal and Shoiab Malik are not for test at all. I do not remember if they have played any innings over 200 (i may be wrong) and even you see there averages not very good at all compare to other countries like Austerlia India and SA's batsmen.

Pakistan bowling is very good and all of the them could be part of all kind of cricket.

But anyway whatever we discussed is pointless nothing gonna happen because cricket officials not gonna read our suggestions and act on them.

but I pray to Allah to make our team and pakistan best in the world.
