اکتوبر 2023 کو 1445 بجے، پی اے نمبر 63191 لیفٹیننٹ حبیب احمد یونٹ 35 اے کے رجمنٹ نے ، ڈی جی خان میں اپنے دفتر میں خودکشی کر لی۔ آفیسر ڈیوٹی پر تھا، اور اس نے اپنے 9MM پستول سے دائیں جانب سر میں گولی مار لی۔نوجوان افسران اپنے ملک کے شہریوں کی خواہشات کو مجروح کرنے میں اپنے کمانڈروں کے گھٹیا کردار کی مسلسل شکایت کر رہے ہیں۔ مگر جواب میں کمانڈر انتہائی رعونت اور بدتمیزی سے پیش آتے ہیں اور/یا سنگین ترین نتائج کی دھمکی دیتے ہیں۔اس وجہ سے کسی بھی جوان افسر یا جوان کو مسلح پوزیشن میں اپنے کمانڈر سے ملنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔
