Most of the Generals are also from very humble backgrounds. It is the whole system of Kakul Academy and sending the potential Generals to the West for brainwashing that is at fault.

Agreed! It is the system that teach them that you are better than everyone else. That is the problem. Over the years the Foojis are told that without you this country will not survive and you are better than any civilian. They need to change this doctrine of thinking they are superior.
