جسٹس افتخار شریف ناگ دیوتا کی طرح نوروں کے خلاف درجنوں بینک ڈکیتیوں اور غبن کے کیسز کی فائلوں پر کُنڈل مارے بیٹھا ہے، اگر وہ پاکستان سے مخلص ہے تو نوروں کی ڈکیتیوں کے کیسز بھی چلنے دے اور دُنیا کے سامنے اِنکی شرافت کا ڈوپٹہ بھی پھاڑ پھینکے۔ اگر وہ ایسا نہیں کرتا تو آج دُنیا اُسے جسٹس افتخار شریف رائے ونڈیا کہنے میں حق بجانب ہے۔
یکطرفہ احتساب بدیانتی کی اِنتہائی غلظ شکل ہے جِسکی رونُمائی کا اعزاز جسٹس افتخار شریف کی کانڑی عدلیہ کو جاتا ہے۔ زرداری گینگ پر ’’ہاتھ ڈالنا‘‘ اور نورے ڈکیت پر ’’ہاتھ رکھنا‘‘ نِری بدیانتی ہے عدل نہیں۔
Even if all your allegations are true, those needs to be proved in court of law, this happened due to what, was it due to Kargil, if so than N.W. refused to acknowledge fight about kargil fight, Kashmir being a disputed territory N.W. should have shown his allegiance with Pak Army and not with others, asking others to have Kashmir issue settled by plebiscite as per U.N resolutions.
If foreign money is involved in these elections than expose it by facts and not by what you are saying my friend, I however ask you to give some credence to Pakistani people and judiciary for what they are doing for elections in Pakistan.
Not only during BD elections but afterwards in every election, when ever elections were held Pakistani awam was told by so called ghundas to not come out to vote, so BD election were not the only time elections were stolen.
My friend, please speak the truth in its entirety and not only your chosen time and instances. give a little credit to Imran Khan who single handedly has turned things around in Pakistan and have managed to offset all that ghundagardi from tasking over the elections during this elections in Pakistan.
Now these election will be the first in Pakistan, held in time, in fairness and in accordance with the constitution of Pakistan. so let it be my friend.
