Youthia Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court has no jurisdiction over Federal Election Commission of Pakistan which is a constituitional body. The fight will go into Supreme Court and that is exactly why PTI withdrew its SCP petition today. Get some good legal defense ready not some blah blah blah!

Mup did you hear the arguments in the court!! The article used by ECP wasn't correct, ECP has absolutely no right to ban a political party. So Fuck the constitutional body, if it doesn't remain within the constitution. Remember Constitution only provides 90 days for elections, not beyond it. So all the people who are trying to push the elections well passed the 90 days limit are in breach of constitution. Which is already breached, so no amount of BS is going to take away the crime committed. With same token CJ of ISB and now CJ of SCP are guilty of breach of constitution and all the caretaker governments and the officers are against the constitution and should be charged for treason. If Musharaf is guilty of breach of constitution, so is Muneeb and now Faiz Isa, They all should be given same death sentences. There could be no different treatment.
