Recently there is a discussion going on moon sighting dispute
As per ANP NWFP Govt.
1 - Moon Sighting matter should be associated with Saudia Arabia
irrespective of whether one can see moon in pakistan or not.
2 - Mufti Shahab uddin populzai (who always ssight moon one day before whole nation can see :-) ) shud be chairman of Roet-e-Hilal Commitee
3 - Govt. Do not accept wittness from NWFP , each year they claim that they have seen moon , but mufti muneeb ignored them.
As Per Muft Muneeb ur Rehman
1 - Moon Sighting is an islamic tradition , There are lot of Ahadits about Moon sighting , prayers etc.So it cannot be abondoned in any muslim country without any proper reason.
2 - In countries where it is "possible to sight moon" , Muslims should sight moon as a ritual/fard-e-Kifaya.But in countries like scandinavia where it is almost impossible in some months to sight moon,fatwa can be issued about following nearest country or nearest islamic country or saudia arabia.
3 - We must include Meteorologists ,scientific knowledge to sight moon.If its scientifically impossible to sight moon on one particular day , there should be No Roet-e-hilal meeting on that day.
4 - Wittness should be judged as some wittness always sight moon one day before whole nation :-) , so there is a criticial issue of credibility of those wittness
5 - ANP govt. is wrongly using "Pashtoon card" in this moon sighting issue.It has nothing to do with pashtoon , punjabi , karachiite etc.
6 - This is not a sectarian or maslaki issue as Almost all Barelvi,All shia , 90% Ahl-e-Hadiths and Moulana Fazlu-ur-rehman deobandi have the opinion to follow roet-e-hilal committe decision.
Now I would like to discuss what can be a possible solution for this matter ????
Do you think that ANP Ghulam ahmad baloor has crossed limits and hurts whole nation by saying that "whoever is going to celebrate eid on monday would be a follower of Rabwa(qadiani) not of makkah/Madina?????
last night POINT BLANK was a MUST WATCH program....
Where Luqman asked very harsh questions to baloor due to which he left the program in between.
Luqman also revealed that Ghulam ahmad baloor had lot of cinemas in NWFP where he introduced the culture of vulgarity in pashto films.those cinemas were famous of playing 3X films :-) and NOW same mr Baloor is giving fatwa against whole nation that they have gone with qadianies .

Most interesting part is that is Qadianies in pakistan celebrated Eid on the same day with NWFP populzai & ANP govt. lolzzz :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
