O Brother. This is Authorized Shipping Center not FedEx Address. Big companies get some businesses/organizations to assign a space for their customers to leave their parcels to save transportation for picking those parcel up from various addresses and with this deal they pay a handsome amount to company which provide that space. In turn shipping company offer their customer less shipping charges and collect all stuff from one point. This method is being used in all developed countries and is called Authorized Shipping Center. One thig more companies don't offer pickup for their customers from Shipping Center.
For those organizations which work heavily on donations, need some money and this is one of the way they make money. In easy way you can term it drop box point.
If you live, say in USA, have a business where you have spare space, you can offer any shipping company your space for this drop off facility and you will get paid for this allocated space.
