SC summons Musharraf, orders to put name on ECL

سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کے بعد پرویز مشرف کا نام ایگزٹ کنڑول لسٹ میں شامل


اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کے بعد سابق صدر پرویز مشرف کا نام ایگزٹ کنڑول لسٹ میں شامل کردیا گیا ہے۔

پاسپورٹ اینڈ امیگریشن ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی جانب سے وزارت داخلہ کے احکامات پر پرویز مشرف کا نام ایگزٹ کنٹرول لسٹ میں شامل کرکے اس کا سرکلر ملک کے تمام ہوائی اڈوں، بندرگاہوں اور چیک پوسٹوں کو بھجوادیا گیا ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ سپریم کورٹ نے آج پرویزمشرف کے خلاف غداری کا مقدمہ چلانے کی کیس سماعت کے دوران قرارد یا تھا کہ اگر پرویز مشرف کا نام ای سی ایل میں شامل نہیں ہے تو ان کا ایگزٹ کنٹرول لسٹ میں شامل کیا جائے،سندھ ہائی کورٹ بھی سابق صدر پرویز مشرف کی ضمانت میں توسیع کے موقع پر ان پر بغیر اجازت ملک سے باہر جانے پر پابندی عائد کرچکی ہے

Focus on economy and elections. Nawaz's 3 Billion has NOT settled. Zardari's billions loot is un-touched. Whole country is ruined. Musharraf era was much better. As a nation we do not respect education and merit. We keep on idealizing looters and financial criminals. That's the reason that with all the resources; we are in the bottom among other countries. زرداری کےاربوں کو مشرف نے ہی این آر او کے ذریے معاف کرنے کی کوشش کی تھی

جس دن جرنیلوں کو سزا ملنے لگے گی اس دن پاکستان میں قانون کی بالا دستی ہوگی
یہ خبر کئی دفع شائع ہوگئی ہے لیکن یہ ٹوپی ڈرامہ ہے مشرف کو کوئی سزا نہیں ہونے والی اگرچہ یہ حقیقت ہے کہ اس نے دو دفع آئیں تھوڑا ہے

Musharraf says he is being handicapped


ISLAMABAD: Former President Pervez Musharraf has said that he was being handicapped as his nomination papers were rejected from three constituencies.
“My nomination papers have been accepted from Chitral only,” he said while meeting a delegation of Real Democratic Alliance (RDA) here on Monday.
He said that he also has been issued a notice by the Supreme Court. “In this way, I am being handicapped,” he said.
The RDA team assured its full support to the former president.

Since the law and constitution is clear, I suspect Busharraf will be sentenced to death....BUT his NRO pal Zardari will accept his 'reham ki appeal' as president.
