Re: Zardari & Foreign minister Shah M Qureshi Drinking whisky
This is what happening in Pakistan. This is Perri Mureedi Culture because of which a stupid person like Yasuf Raza Gilani managed to become Prime Minister of Pakistan. Shah Mehmood Qureshi manged to become Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Peer Pagara is a significant political figure of Pakistan.
O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things). (Qur'aan 49:13)
Islam is a religion of knowledge, not blind following peers who have incorrect Islamic believes. Following are some of the tactics these Peers use to exploit their Mureeds.
1. They would link themselves with the significant Islamic personalities. For example , PM Yousaf Raza Gillani. His father was a descendant of Syed Musa Pak, a spiritual figure of the Qadiri Sufism order which traces its origins to Abdul-Qadir Gilani. Whereas, In Islam you can't get higher due to your relationship, it is only your Aamal (اعمال) make your ranks higher. Other example is Foreign Minister Shah Mehood Qurashi, He is also the Sajjada nashin of the shrine of Bahauddin Zakaria in Multan.
2. They would claim that they have seen our beloved Prophet Muhammad in dream, the Mureed will then start blind following. People like Yousuf Kazab, have launched their religious careers (fan following) by making this claim. Almost all our Sufi ‘saints’ have established their credibility, and their thrones, by doing this. They first claim to have seen the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), then they say they are in direct contact with him, then they claim they have been divinely inspired, and then they build their economic empires which they leave to their successors.
