Wha a useless interview. It was actually a commercial from the StateDept promoting US cause.

To not even one question, she said YES or agreed with Pak needs.

she very cleverly dodged the water issue, in effect said: Pakistani will have to 'manage' the existing H2O, meaning, 'dont talk about India or Indian water theft'.

She is trying to be nice dipomat and person, paving the way for after US pullout from Afghan

Good post. Could you post the rest of the interview? We have to realize how negotiations are done and asking questions does not mean that on international level we will get instant committments and similarly we should also not make instant committments without consulting all the legal and expert authorites.
I think this might be good if handled properly although that is another issue!
