what an amazing series.

My Question : Why did Gandhi and Quaid-e-azam not fought a war - an armed rebellion against the Bristish? Mustafa Kamal Pasha in Turkey did it ! Had Gandi and Quaid-e-azam fougt against the British, we would have respected them more and the countries would have more self respect.

Because Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Ghandi were politicians unlike Mustafa Kamal Pasha - who as an ex-army officer and had the rank of Colonel in the Ottoman Army. The politician only knows the political ways to resolve the problem however on the other hand army officers/personnel only know that to solve the problem they have to fight - because this is in their instinct.

Mao Tse Tung, Stalin, Hitler and Veitnameze independence heroes were all politicians too but they fought the oppressor. Whereas, Gandhi and Quaid-e-azam accepted the legitimacy of British occupation and participated in their held elections. Sorry but it doesn't make sense.

Do u know of any speech and can post audio/video where Quaid-e-Azam or Gandhi spoke against the British? or incited the People to raise against the British?

I don't know about Mao Tse Tung but Hitler and Stalin both served in their armies and they both have expansionist desires. Whereas, Quaid-e-Azam and Ghandi believed in Political struggle that is the reason why we call it that Pakistan is created because of the political struggle of founding fathers of Pakistan.

Why did Raye Ahmad Khan Kharral, Palay Shah, Peer Pagara, Bukht Khan, Jhansi kee Rani and other did not do a political struggle instead of fighting wars against the British? they could have lived too and participate in elections?

Political Struggle? are u sure. The British were to leave the sub continent ( former colony) due to heavy economic cost and instability suffered as an after math of world war 2 ( Thanks to the Germans). Before leaving they had two of their loyal subjects installed. What's so Heroic about it?

The Britishers had suffered a lot in World War 1 as well. Why they did not leave the subcontinent at that time? Even after World War 1, the Europeans has lost both economy and lives due to the 1918 - 1920 influenza pandemic. Why they did not leave the subcontinent at that time?

Fair enough. It took 2 wars to broke their back. But you have to agree that both Gandi and Quaid-e-Azam were loyal British Subjects and never rose their voice or arms against the British. Discussion closed from my end. Have a nice day !
