As per Quranic injunction Zakat money can only be used for very limited and specific purposes.

As per surah Tauba, verse 60 the that usage is as follows:

- To the poor
- To the needy
- To those who are employed to administer the zakah funds
- To those whose hearts have recently been reconciled to the Truth of Islam (new-muslims)
- For those in bondage
- For those in debt
- In the Cause of Allah
- To the way-farer or traveler


Countries cannot and should not establish their budgets on voluntary alms .

But if you are making a case for foujis and their civilian chamchas to dip their greedy and vicious fingers into zakat funds now after looting everything, then better forget about it. Your kind will be resissted.

Said Hamid is a good.person cannot understand why fellow insafians have it for him so much. He may have a point however cannot comment too much because do not have figures. However can be done with a good leader I guess.
