Couldn't hear the complete lecture yesterday,did it today.Imam Quick is very popular in North America but I did not had the opportunity to hear him before.The lecture was very informative as we often confuse our Religion with ethinicity,nationhood etc.For example in Pakistan there is a perception that all native speaking arabs are best muslims and they know everything about the Religion which obviously is not true.He clearly explained negative and posotive sides of different opinions of thought.Since The Iman resides in North America which is a very multi cultural society and people from all countries and religions come here and live together so problems here are more confusing and need a lot of clarity which The Imam did perfectly.
