Nothing sinister to seek a tax shelter. American Corporations and individuals play this trick routinely to exploit tax loopholes to their advantage (Even Mitt Romney admitted to offshore accounts). If they really want to expose any wrongdoing, they should prove that the money was in fact stolen from Govt Exchequers. Sharifs, for sure, have never leaned on Govt coffers.
