Mr. Accidental Prime Minister of Pakistan, your letter in response to the President Arif Alvi's earlier letter, has referred to anything but the matter in question. Moreover, it is hereby noted that:

1- You were not required to defend the decision of ECP, as it is an independent institution and is not under your command. So, you are literally nobody to defend its decision.

2- You were required to answer the recuse offered by the institutions running under your capacity (i.e. Ministry of Defence, Finance and Education etc.), to which you have failed to comply.

3- By defending the decision of ECP of delaying the polls, you have subtly hinted, rather have solemnly acceded that the decision of ECP has been willfully shaped according to your whimsical whims.

4- Furthermore, as the Constitution of Pakistan has entrusted the office of the President, Governor and ECP with the matters relating to elections, therefore, you were required to inform the office of the President, in case your undercommand institutions were unable to provide the required support to ECP for conducting the elections, as per the relevant parameters defined in the Constitution of Pakistan in this respect, and further dilated upon by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In addition, you have acceded to the fact that your Government is hand in gloves with the ECP in not only abrogating the constitution, but also contemptuously evading and undermining the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in this respect.

SC cannot stand on its own. It relies on other institutions to carry out its orders. However, it seems that all the institutions plus the PDM Govt is on one side.

But let us simulate the situation a bit: Suppose the institutions lock horns with each other and in this case, what are the odds of declaring an Emergency, even if a little law & order situation arises?

Situation is extremely dicey this time around.

Emergency or Martial Law may be a difficult call..... it potentially can lead to mutiny in the army. بہتر تو خیر اللہ ہی جانتا ہے، لیکن اگر بین الاقوامی سطح پر حالات تبدیل ہوگئے تو انکل سام بھی یہ گھڑسما اپنے سر نہیں باندھے گا اور دوسری جانب اگر چین اور روس پاکستان میں بھی آگے بڑھتے ہیں تو وہ امریکی پٹھووٗں کو پہلے سائیڈ پر کرینگے۔ اس کے لیئے ان کا پہلا انتخاب خان ہی ہوگا۔ ​

پہلے بھی فورم پر عرض کیا ہے کہ بہت لمبے چوڑے جلسوں جلوسوں کی اب ضرورت نہیں . شہروں، قصبوں دیہاتوں میں چار چار پانچ پانچ سو لڑکے لڑکیاں کوئی ١٠ سے ١٥ ٹولیاں بنا لیں اور مختلف جگہوں پر مین سڑکوں پر بیٹھ جائیں . جیسے لاہور مال روڈ، جیل روڈ اور فیروزپور روڈ وغیر پر . یہ ٹولیاں دو دو تین تین میل کے فاصلوں پر بیٹھ جائیں اور انہیں بلاک کر دیں پولیس آئے تو اٹھ کر دوسری جگہ پہنچ جاہیں یعنی فل آنکھ مچولی . اسی طرح پوری جی ٹی روڈ پر، موٹر ویز پر، ہوائی اڈوں کو جانے والی سڑکوں پر، ریلوے لائنوں پر پر امن بیٹھ کر پکنک اور میلے کا سماں باندھ دیں . ملک میں مکمل پہیہ جام . کتنے دن برداشت کر سکیں گے یہ ٹھگ اور جرنیل . فوجی نوعیت کی سڑکوں پر تو جرنیل چھ گھنٹے کی بندش بھی برداشت نہیں کر سکیں گے

شرط اپنا ملک اور اپنا مستقبل بچانے کے لیے اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت بس سڑکوں پر آنا ہے . کسی لمبی چوڑی قربانی کی ضرورت ہی نہیں . لاء انفورسمینٹ کے لوگ آئیں تو انہیں پھول پیش کر کے باور کرائیں کہ یہ ملک ہم سب کا ہے اور ہم سب نے مل کر اسے بچانا ہے . آپ دیکھیں گے کہ دنوں میں بہتری کے لیے حالات کیسے تبدیل ہوتے ہیں ​
