Ch. Iftikhar doodh sey dhula hoa nahi hai. Whatever mistakes he made in past, we should ignore them. In present he stood up for something and kept resisting no matter what. Agar woh inkaar na karta, pakistan would have been in worst situation

Don't get us wrong. Mr. Justice Iftikhar was a cheif justice of Pakistan and justice is always for everybody not for fews.
Can you tell us Why your "Mr. Justice SUO MOTO action" did not ask any body about extra judicial killings of 15000 MQM workers? Were these workers Pakistanis or not? OR even were they humans or not?
We still have a list of 28 missing MQM workers since 1992, why anyone never raised their voices about these people.

Thanks for sharing , one more (i.e: Nazir Lughari) is added to my list (no good list)of people who i dont know for what reason mislead people by only showing them the gray areas.

Meray khayal main Chief Justice ko back kernay k liay aik hi baat kaaafi hay k he stood up for the missing persons case. (baaqi or cases k ilaawa e.g: Steal mill). i thnak God k wo saari khawaateen jo apnay pyaaron k baghair zindagiyan ji rahee hain meri maaen ya behnain nahee hain , i do pitty them or is se zayada kuch nahee, i hope k you also pitty them Aijaz Bhai , but you also would be thanking God k they are not your mothers and sisters. and for Nazir lughari i can only say he is not even pittying them for sure , as one who sell there souls for Good there conscience die anyway

BTW Nobody raised any voice for these 28 peoples is because the back stabbers of these 28 peoples and the AWAM of karachi who were supposed to raise any voice are living luxurious lives in UK

This is my point. If MQM leadership (as you said) did not care about them then they are responsible BUT how about others? Did they care? Forget MQM, they are the culprits, hang them if you like.
BUT WHERE IS IMRAN KHAN, QAZI HUSSAIN, NAWAZ SHARIF, LAWYERS, MEDIA, CIVIL SOCIETY, AND BIGGER OF ALL JUSTICE IFTIKHAR.

I don't think that they have been taken by the so called agencies if at all they are missing. Because they will not be able to mark them as working for ALQAIDA or Taliban. Everybody knows about MQM Acitivists. They might have been taken by the RIVALS in response to what they have been doing to others.
Theirs Godfathers have been in the government for the last 10 years. Why they didn't cry for them? Will you please answer this? They killed 52 innocent people in Karachi in broad day light in front of cameras on MAY 12, 2007. Those innocent people just came to welcome the chief justice. Everything is stored in the eyes of cameras.
