This airbase was leased to UAE rulers for their personal use not to wage war against the host country.
Can anyone give an example where a sovereign country (not under official occupation before you start debate on sovereign) leases an airforce base to another country and they can come without any security and customs formalities.
Osama was treated in Dubai a few years back, what if Osama used this base to get into Pakistan. It probably did not happen but foreign agents can be smuggled into the country in the disguise of airplane or maintenance staff.

GeoG also dont forget it was uae who pumped lots of money to mqm people in 90s to destabilize Karachi the reason was in 97 hongkong have been given back to china and all the business activity from hongkong would have been transferred to Karachi as Karachi had the best seaport facility to facilitate the ships but uae government wanted all this to happen in there jabalali free zone
