The people who are making the rules for the whole country should know all these stuf.

They should be educated up to graduation plus they should know Islam...atleast they should know up to grade 10 level of Islamiat...


How u could hand over yourself to a illiterate doctor.... This issue is more serious than doctor....

These are the basic things. They are not asking questions which are not in daily use. These are simple questions which one must know and if they don't know then they are lying and liars are not allowed to lead people in any country. They are first asked whether they offer namaz. If they say yes then they ask the questions. There is nothing wrong with it.
