That reminds me that when last Muslim King of Spain was fleeing from spain and he was his country ruined by his enemy he started shedding some tears and his wife said

If we can not take our water from india we must not cry about this problem....india will never give us water coz they have big population to feed

Bomb all their dams, only way to secure water supply.

look for water source that flows to India. build damn on them to dry India.... Make no treaties at that time. BUT FIRST overthrow our govt
