We should learn from Sri Lanka. Reduce the size of armed forces by half, (the proportion of our security 'threat' will reduce directly in proportion to the size of our army!) abolish all protocols/luxuries/perks of officials/politicians, ban import of non essential food items and cosmetics etc and accelerate solar energy and evhicle projects, regulate office and market timings to use maximum daylight, introduce work from home culture where possible, etc etc and last but not the least our religious preachers should aggresively star preaching against monetary corruption.
