And this guy didn't qualify for the Olympics. He is what is known as a wildcard entry meant as a bheek for athletes who otherwise could never have qualified so they can gain international exposure. Also this guy didn't train or become good at swimming in Pakistan, he is a resident of Dubai. I don't think Pakistan even has such swimming pools for the public anymore. So where will you get swimming athletes

Edit : I did some basic research, seems like there are only 3 olympic sized pools in the whole of Pakistan
