Pakistan should continue to improve jf17 fighter.If it is fitted with missiles similar to f16 and has advanced radars then this can be a very effective fighter.The main advantage for Pakistan is the cost.The aim should be to produce most of the components locally.We won't be able to build engines for a long time.STEM education should be the number one priority in Pakistan.Secondly the government should encourage and help small and medium enterprises to setup high tech companies.We should also consider joint projects with other Muslims countries like Turkey,Malaysia and Indonesia
