If we see the balance between the hindu population and the muslim population at the time before creation of Pakistan and India, we will understand things better. Muslims at that time were not more than 10-20 percent of the whole population. If Pakistan was not created the whole of muslim community would have been a minority in India. And being a minority under hindus is not the best solution. There is no reason in believing that muslims would have been stronger under a united india. During the british raj with hindus as majority, the situation of muslims were so weak that hindus and even sikhs which counted much much lower numbers than muslims used to be a threat to muslims.
The motivation behind creation of Pakistan can be understood if we read the speeches of Hz. Quaid-e-Azam and writings of Allama Iqbal.
Pakistan was created because we needed a state to implement the social order of Islam. A state is needed to implement Islam. Islam is not a private matter or a religion. This is why Quran has given us a complete system of economy, system of justice and many other matters which are only needed for a state. We are wrong if we think that islam is only namaz, roza, hajj and charity. Islam is a complete Deen which include state affairs as well as social matters.
According to Quran the mankind can be divided in two categories. One who run their affairs with their man made systems and one who run their matters by the law and will of Allah. For running matters according to laws of Allah you have to create a state which can be based on the concept of Quran. This was the reason for creating a seperate state for muslims. This ideology was the reason behind the first hijra in muslim history and this was the reason behind establishing the first Islamic state of Madinah. The drivingforce behind Pakistan movement was also the same ideology. The two nation ideology. Its wrong to call it a theory, it`s a fact. Quran did not came with theories but facts and absolute truth and permanent values.
Allama Iqbal was maybe too futuristic, and maybe we muslims of the sub- continent are so backward that still today, after 62 years of independence we still ask why we created this homeland. We were not worthy of this great vision actually. We have failed to promote the real causes of creation of Pakistan, and instead of understanding, we blame those mujahids and call the creation for words like blunder, mistake or partition. It was no partition but creation of two seperate and new countries. One choosed to call itself for Pakistan and the other robbed the history of sub-continent by adopting the name india.
Quaid-e-azam protested when india choosed its name as india. He called it for a great robbery of history. Before the british colonized the sub-continent it had a different map and had small and different states. India has never existed in history as it is today.
These socalled "danishwars" who appears on media channels should be ashamed, they even do not know why they are pakistanis. They have no intellect and zero insight in their own history.
After 62 years they still do not know? We do not deserve this country and should not put blame on any other if we loose this state. We deserve to live as minority under cruel and narrow minded hindu extremists. We deserve to be handled as untouchables by the majority. We deserve to be burnt alive in Gujrat. We deserve to see our mosques be demolished in ayudhia. We deserve to see sikhs rape our women. We deserve to sing bande matram. We deserve to be shudhi. we deserve to live as low cast, second level citizens. We do not deserve to run our own free country.

But yet they insist of calling them Muslim and they claimed to be discreminated because of their beliefs.I think , we as a nation should sit together and definately figure our some sort of compromise with them.However, this is entirely between the people of Pakistan how they change their laws and how they want to run their country.

As far as the talk shows and their participants are concerned,I personaly don't take them seriously. There is not much appetite with the people of Pakistan for those leaders.So, you don't get yourself freek out because of them.

Now the East Pakistan was a little different.It was an opportunity provided to India by our idiot Leaders to get involve in our own matters, and India used it against us to the full extend. I am fully agreed with Qasim as some people from our own have betrayed us, this had happened so many times even if you read (snaz...), I am amazed to see that how blatantly he was accusing Pakistan and Muslims.

Thing is this country came into being just because we were living in sub-continent as minority. Nobody understood the word dignity; Quai-e-Azam had sacrificed his life for our well being. If someone is arguing on the fact that we have done some thing wrong to other communities then he or she should tell me that why we been never let live by our own. Why we have three wars pushed on us by so called democratic India, why India is always trying to destroy our economy and our stability.

People think that India is our friend, let me assure you of the fact that it will never be our friend no matter what we do.

1. Every year we have celebration of BABA GURU NANAK in Hassan Abdal. This is well protected and served by Govt. of Pakistan. They live here much better then in india.

2. We have Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and so many other religious believes living in Pakistan. We have schools for all faiths and religious believes.

3. Ex-chief justice was from hindu religion, there are several examples of such people living and enjoying there lives much better then any where else.

1. Again, you haven't understood what is meant by "Institutionalised discrimination", who told you that institutionalised discrimination exists in America or in Europe? Is it written in the American constitution that a non white, non christian cannot become the President or hold any constitutional post?

2. Instead of condemning the mullahs on the talk shows, instead of registering a police case against them, all you and others say is that they should not be taken seriously? Sir, they are responsible for the murder of all those men. Where is your PEMRA?

3. Regarding Bangladesh, are you aware of the slaughter your Pak fauj carried out there? And for your information, the present Bangladesh government is going to start a war crimes tribunal to bring those criminals to book, the process is on.

Before I answer your questions, let me ask you what is your Religion ?

Two brief answers to your nagging questions which are bothering you so much.

1- I said that I don't pay much attention to the Talk shows and their participants.For the sake of just comparing, I will still think these so call mullahs are much more acceptable compare to Ball Thakray, his Son and the Gang which were involved with the demolition of Babri Mosgue.

2- Bangladesh's creation is actually strengthened the "Two Nation Theory" even more. Instead of One Pakistan with Muslim population, you have to deal with two Pakistans with almost the double population.

Judism, Christianity and Islam , all have common ground and that is Our Prophet Ibrahim.Temple mount belongs to Muslims and the historical importance of the Temple mount isn't less significant even if others claims it to be theirs.

Since your faith is a collection of loose balls, there is obviously no bindding or unity associated with it.and How could that ever be possible since it changes every time the wind changes its direction.
