Why PTI is not pursuing de notification of its MNAs who resigned?

I think that might have be in the process of challenging in SC but technically these people didn't violate the 4 reasons lay down in constitution. That's might be the reason that PTI would have reluctant to do so.

I am talking about 125 resignation of PTI. Once de notification is done ECP is bound to announce by elections with in 90 days, which will create election envy in Pakistan which was one of the reasons for resignations.

I don't know what kind of de-notification by National assembly secretariat was that...? How can NA speaker can hold that notification.
