This Major Azam Suleman Khan was the main culprit in Model Town Case. Under his supervision the whole operation was done.
He was the Home Secretary Punjab at that time, he was made OSD and his case was referred to service tribunal. Now he is promoted and been made Federal Secretary Interior!!!
