Sir he belongs to a Miracle family and he himself is a miracle. When last time a heart surgery was done on emergency basis he used a longest route via Russia to reach UK to give ample time to doctors to prepare operation theater. Then once reached UK, doctors suggested to eat burger for a successful heart surgery.
Just for s stent procedure one month bed rest is recommended but for heart surgery of NS it was less than 7 days.

Easy litmus test to diagnose both of his med conditions:

My friend yourself living in the UK must have seen that black baton or a truncheon in the hands of the British policemen. This typical truncheon is a straight stick made from wood or a synthetic material, approximately 1 1⁄4 inch in diameter and 18–36 inches long, with a fluted handle to aid in gripping.

Now the test is very simple... shove this truncheon in his rear end. If at 8 inches he coughs a little it means possibility of little drop in platelets count, wheezing cough at 10 inches points towards some added heart condition. As for truncheon , it is not 1 1/4 inch in diameter, it is more like 4 or 5 inches in diameter.
