تمام سیاسی پارٹیوں کو عدلیہ کے فیصلوں کا احترام کرنا چاہئے۔ آج عدلیہ نے پی ٹی آی کا موقف درست مانتے ہوے ان کے حق میں ایک فیصلہ دے دیا ہے جس کے بعد پنجاب حکومت اب باقی نہیں رہی۔
ملک کے سب سے بڑے صوبے پنجاب میں جو انتشار پیدا ہو چکا ہے اس کا ایک ہی علاج ہے کہ عدلیہ کے فیصلوں پر عملدرآمد کروایا جاے۔ اگر پنجاب میں حمزہ کی اکثریت نہیں رہی تو وہ باعزت طریقے سے اقتدار بزدار کے حوالے کردے۔ ویسے بھی بزدار گجراتی چور سے تو ہزار درجے بہتر ہے کم ازکم انھی تو نہیں ڈالتا
اسی طرح اگر پنجاب الیکشنز کی طرف جاتا ہے تو مرکز رکھنے کا کوی جواز باقی نہیں رہتا
آج ہی عمران خان کو بلائیں اور ایک مشترکہ نگران حکومت تشکیل دیں جو الیکشنز کرواے اور اکثریتی پارٹی کو اقتدار سونپ دے تاکہ ملک عزیر میں پیدا شدہ خلفشار کا اختتام جلد ہو
نگران حکومت متفقہ ہوگی لہذا اس سے جانبداری کا کوی خطرہ بھی نہیں ہوگا
اس فیصلے کو ن لیگ اپنے خلاف نہیں بلکہ اپنی جان چھڑوانے کے حق میں ایک مدد کے طور پر لے اور چھپی ہوی نعمت سمجھتے ہوے جلدی اس فیصلے کا فائدہ اٹھا لے ورنہ یہ چانس بھی ضائع ہوجاے گا
نوازشریف پانچ سال سے پہلے اقتدار لینے کے حق میں نہیں تھے اور آج ان کا فیصلہ درست ثابت ہوچکا ہے

As far as I know they have to decide on this within a certain time limit and that time limit is almost over. PTI should immediately file a petition in the SC the second the time limit runs out against the ECP and EC.

Worst case scenario for PML N is that the there will be second round of election. In that case, simple majority will no longer be required. Any candidate who gets more vote than the other candidate will be declared winner. Even excluding PTI's dissent members, PMLN has majority over PTI+PMLQ etc.

Best case: ECP will declare there was no "official" direction issued by PTI, so the MPAs didn't technically vote aginst the partyline and hence 63-A does not apply on them. And therefore no need for re-elections.

To bhai yeh samjhao k yeh mithai kis khushi mai chal rhai hai ? To add insult to injury, this is supreme court's "view". Supreme court itself has said in the order that its their view. The judgement says:

"Turning to the second question and keeping in mind the answer to the first, it is our view that the vote of any member (including a deemed member) of a Parliamentary Party in a House that is cast contrary to any direction issued by the latter in terms of para (b) of clause (1) of Article 63A cannot be counted and must be disregarded, and this is so regardless of whether the Party Head, subsequent to such vote, proceeds to take, or refrains from taking, action that would result in a declaration of defection. The second question referred to this Court stands answered in the foregoing terms"

I don't agree with this decision that the votes of those who voted or will vote against the party line should not be counted. If this is the case, what is the use of No confident vote ? If court wanted to make this decision , then they should have also either abolish the vote of no confident or amend the Vote of no confident resolution .
This will only embolden future civilian dictators to do whatever they like to do ,after having no fear of vote of confident .
