no you cant... this ordinance is for the next elections as it clearly says that polling booth to be set up 14 days prior to election date.... elections are on 11th may and today is 9th.... so Muk muka in action doostooo... nora leage and zardar bahi bahi.... zardari proved that yet again,...

we can't vote in these election even the ordinance has been signed because ordinance say they require minimum 10 days to set polling stations and overseas Pakistanis has to register their votes 10 days before election day so not in this next elections.
