You follow Quran and Sunnah. When you find strong evidence from anyone then leave the existing practice. this was the principal of all fuqha.

Look around yourself, do you know how many muslims are actually following quran and sunnah? Do you know quran and sunnah to judge if they are on the right fiqha and if you r on wrong fiqha?

Be practical, learn quran and sunnah and spread please.

She is confusing "Fiqha" and "Firqa"

Four major Fiqha are Hanafi, Shafie, Maliki and Hanmbali - Islam is followed by adoption one of these Fiqhas

Firqa are Sunni, Ahla-Hadeeth, DeoBandi, Bravli, Wahabi etc - Friqa came in existance due to extreamism in above Fiqha.

The requirement that you follow only of the fiqah is due to the fact that if people are allowed the choice then they will choose whatever suits their desires. So some times they will be Hanafi and sometimes they will Shafi or Maliki. There are some who do not follow any of the imams and considers themselves to be good enough to interpret Quraan and Hadith w/o next to little knowledge on the subjects.

I did not listen the answer of this this guys because it was stop however the question was very good. I like it.
People really need to think twice why they are following figh or firqa

What I do, just follow quran and sunnah. when you come into positon where you have to answer some specific question such as divorce issue then
listen all of 4 or 5 them. Because all of them are good. nothing wrong in any of these so you choose where you feel more comfortable.

Its its upto you whatever you like among 4 or 5 of them and follow. Again, if have some specific question such as moon sighting, Firday speech, Namaz timing, number of Taraweeh rakat or any other issue, again do same, listen all and choose as per your comfotability.
As you kow that all 4 of them talked within quran and suunah,

I know that some people are very extrmem on this, so lady expalined very nicely that we are muslima nd we should stay muslim and avoid conflict where people say we belong to Hanafi, Shafie, Maliki and Hanmbali or Firqa like Sunni, Ahla-Hadeeth, DeoBandi, Bravli, Wahabi

I will say, keep simple and Live as Muslim when die as MUSLIM. This is most important.

In fact, whoever is Following any fiqh (Hanabli, Maliki, shafi'e, Hanafi) is following the way of Quran and Sunnah but it has become fashion nowadays to use label of phrase "Quran and Sunnah only" in order to give wrong impression about Fiqh as it is something contradictory to Islam. Instead of describing it through word "obligatory", It is better to take it as a safer approach to follow any specific Fiqh so that we can refrain ourselves to interprete Quran and Sunnah according to our desire.

100 percent agreed ... Fiqh is the beauty of Islam but unfortunately we Muslims have made it a point of discord.
May Allah rise the ranks of Fuqaha who have made the deen very easy for us to understand and implement in our lives.

It is only obligatory for a Muslim to follow the education of Quran Majid and Sunnah. All other fiqahs are just the perception of each Imam about Islamic rules, which are best explained by them based on process called "Ijtihad". It is the responsibilities of the present religious scholars to superimpose, wherever is required, the Islamic rules on present scenario. But unfortunately presently no such religious scholars are competent to grasp the Islamic concept within the context of developing world and devise the rules by giving due consideration to the issues. Therefore Muslims are wandering about their because of no proper guidance provided to them by theses religious pandits.

Are you kidding, I hold them responsible for all the mess that have been created in this Ummah:
they (i mean their own interpretations) sowed the seed of dissension among the believers and
result is obvious. No one is willing to offer prayer behind anyone. The extreme disappointment
is that All Fuqah could not even agree to the "Standard and Accepted-by-all" translation of
Holy Quran and that only thing speaks volumes of everything.
Every Believer should come out of this mess by concentrating more and more on
Quran and check each and everything from it. Otherwise, this "show" will go on, specially
the destruction of worship place by the followers and immense blood-shed.

Above I explained the difference between "Fiqha" and "Firqa". We need to get rid of "Firqaism", "Fiqha" guides us how to follow Islam.

Can you give us the details of 5 time Prayers from Quran, I mean the timing, number of rakats, how to perfrom Qayam, Rakoo, Sajada etc.

Following is one relevant post by brother hassam:

I request all of my friends here to listen to this tafseer specially the part that is from the 7th minute on wards.

Allah's asks in Surah-e-Baqra if Ibrahim, Ismaeel or yaqoob or Eisa were Jews or Christians? The same question is relevant to the muslims of today, if Muhammad PBUH was Deobandi, or Bareelvi or shia or sunni?

And then listen to the first few minutes of this video and analyse your self.

We are again at "Zero point". All Firqas are due to these Fiqahs. They originated from them. So they cannot be
free from this. You have asked a sterotype question, often asked/repeated, Even if I take your point of view, then
why these Fiqahas could not agree to any standard form. Why everyone has different type of namaz. Qayyam,
Rakooh and Sajood are part and parcel of Namaz and they are from Quran. About Rukats even then there is
difference, some do only farz, some farz sunnat and some farz/sunnat and nawafal. Moreover you
do not need Fiqahs for these things, these were established practices travelled with the time, when
fiqahs came into them, then there were more problems. Therefore, only Quran is the institution which
can unite the Believers, otherwise they had not and are not going to be united. Please read this
page about Salat from Quran, and check how much it covers your quest from Quran only:

Fiqha explains Quran Majeed in the light of Sunnah and Hadeeth of Prophet Muhammad SAW, with out taking any help from any Fiqha how would you perform 2 farz of Fajar.

Our discussion will boil down to one point :Quran verses Hadiths, I am not interested in that.
Brother, I gave you qiayyam, rakooh, sajood, of Slaaat from Quran, then reciting of Surah Alfateh from Quran etc. etc. etc. etc.
Now you question of two farz of fajar:
Thanks Almighty that we all believers agree to the number of "farz" in every prayers. or mostly agree. My objection to all these
Fiqaha is and will be "Why they could not agree to one Standard form". So therefore, they are responsible for all the "mess".
I think we should not take the topic towards Quran verses Hadiths. (And of course all the discussions on Islamic things lead to that:
I never conceal and said and say it publicly that "All differences in Ummah are due to these Hadiths, Rawaits, traditions, Fiqahas etc.".

The four imams were not prophets, therefore, fiqah are their personal opinions on Quran and Sunnah.

Every one has its own opinion about every thing; no body is obligated to act on one's opinion.
