Dear muslim brothers and sisters, please do not call everything kufar and shirk, the verses some of you think are about muslims are about idols as I have explained very clearly.
I invite all to think this point over very carefully. Likewise do not call everything halaal and haraam, there are set rules in shriah for what is halaal and why and what is haraam and why.
I have explained more of these things by rules and principles so that if anyone has any problems, one could see things for themselves. As I explained already, it is vitally important to learn rules and principles for understanding the quran properly that was my reason for large posts. It is like you know how to solve mathematical problems once you know the rules relating maths. The whole maths book is useless for people who do not know the rules of maths even if they can read and write very nicely. The same is true about the quran, it is useless for people who fail to get benefits out of it by failing to understand it properly. In fact this is what sawaab means ie the benefit. The quran is book of clear guidance not just guidance. It is a book that cannot be disputed about as to what it stands for. The only reason it cannot be disputed is because it follows set and commonly accepted rules, principles and patterns.
Your interpretations of it are clearly wrong if they cause contradictions within the quranic text because they oppose the quranic context. This is not my rule or for that matter yours, it is derived from the verse 4/82. If you do not accept this rule then you are proving that there are many contradcitons in the quran and it is therefore not word of allah. Because the quran is clear that if this quran was from other than allah then it ought to be full of contradcitions. So the only proper interpretation of the quran is that which does not cause contradictions within the quran.
For example, if mindoonillah according to some of you are prophets and saints then allah is clear that MINDOONILLAH are feul of hell fire. The quran is also clear that prophets and saints are destined for gardens of bliss. How do you remove these like contradicrtions from the quran? Likewise allah says there is none to intercede before him yet he also says except those who have his permission. All these like verses are clearly telling us when allah is talking about idols and when he is talking about porphets and saints. So keep the two things separate.
So please avoid causing divisions amongst muslims unadvertantly by willy nilly grounds and senseless definition of quranic beliefs. Islam is monotheism and monotheism is all about believing in one god or to explain to you just one thing as god, which is allah the creator of all things. Polytheism is not about believing in prophets and saints as such but believing anything as god not just a thing. Get this very clearly in your minds. You can do whatever you like with a piece of stone it does not make you a polytheist till you accept that this piece of stone is a god. Since no muslim accepts any thing other than allah as god to call anyone mushrik refelect very bad on yourselves. Just think about it for a second.
It is like you are a muslim and I keep telling you that you a kaafir, how does that reflect on me? It will only show my ignorance, would it not? Because who am I to tell you that you are not a muslim because you are this or that? Each peron has the right to define one's own beliefs. If onbe does not believe in multiple god then whatever else one does, does not make him a polytheist. An atheist is athesit because such a person does not believe in any god. Likewise a monotheists is a person who only believes in one god. And likewise a polytheist is defines by number of gods he believes in and not what he does or does not do with his or her gods or things. I am surprised that educated people are confused as regard this clear defintion of the quran and the common sense.
regards and all the best.
