And We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by permission of Allah. And if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you, [O Muhammad], and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Accepting of repentance and Merciful [4:64]

[Shakir 4:65] But no! by your Lord!
they do not believe (in reality) until they make you a judge of that which has become a matter of disagreement among them, and then do not find any straitness in their hearts as to what you have decided and submit with entire submission.[/SIZE]

a) who are people in these verses being addressed or talked about "HYPOCRITES", It is the time when Prophet(PBUH) is
living and among those people. The FRACTION OF VERSES, quoted by INTERCESSION MAFIA, says that if the Hypocrites commited
wrong, they should have come to Rasool and first they(Hypocrites) should have made Astaghfar of their actions to Allah, and
also should have sought the forgiveness of Rasool.......................
b) Hypocrites were being invited towards Quran and they were not accepting it as is evident from the beginning verse.
From where the "INTERCESSION"" came into this. This is the level. Like Blind people just pick the verse and paste it.
Allah may save us from such people who are misleading the people.
